First let me say happy Father’s Day to the dads (old and new!). You have a job I could never do. There are no easy answers in raising kids despite the plethora of opinions. Plus kids are exposed to many things (bad and good) much earlier these days. I know there are bad dads just like there are bad moms, but most dads I know do their best, worry that they haven’t and most kids turn out OK.
So, like I said on Mother’s Day, if you have a good relationship with your dad or have just been too busy with life to maintain that relationship, then give a call or hug to your dad today for all of us who can’t. I love you, poppa, and I miss you.
(BTW I must give credit for the picture. I can't recall her name, but she's a young student photographer and took this from a train window. I hope she doesn't mind me using it here)
